My name is Cindy Schillers and I am an artist based in Jefferson City, Missouri, USA.

I work primarily in acrylic, oil, and watercolor on stretched canvas and paper. My work focuses on the flora and fauna of the natural world and the magic found in nature.

I create art to share it with others and believe it’s important that original artwork be accessible for a variety of budgets.

My background includes both lifelong studio practice and formal education. I have been a painter for most of my life and sold my first painting at the age of 16. My work has also appeared on the cover of a medical journal. In addition to my art practice, I completed a 23-year career in the military. I hold a BA in English and Literature and an MA in English and Literature. I now make art that combines my long-standing interest in painting with my love of storytelling.
